Do I need previous experience?
No. The retreats are designed for anyone who wants to stop and take care of themselves, whether or not they have experience with meditation or working with angels.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Many people come alone, and the small group helps you feel accompanied from the very first moment.

Are meals included?
